In August of 2007, my community was shaken to its core when my youngest son (19 years old) experienced a bipolar blackout that resulted in him violently attacking me (Charisse). Many families are paralyzed by their children's concerning behaviors, which often result in youth violence.

Youth Transformation Services® (YTS) is a 501(c)3 organization targeting at-risk youth by providing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills and strategies, along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to reduce youth violence. We recognize that good mental health, self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, relationships, and decision-making skills are critical in helping youth to make positive lifestyle choices. Thank you in advance for taking the time to review our organization.

Effective Use of SEL

Most schools are teaching SEL, but the impact is not producing the desired results. We must meet our youth where they are. They are on video games and social media. Education & Evolution (E&E) is a program designed for educators to help youth achieve academic, financial, and social success through gamification. Jump Anywhere in the World (JAITW) is a seven-series mobile video game (each game is set in one of the seven continents) that supports SEL by demonstrating the skills necessary to survive and thrive. To learn more, please visit SEL Impact.

Marketing and Public Relations

Imagine a video game that engages and motivates students to embrace their own SEL journey! No matter how innovative our product is, if no one knows who we are or what we do, it's a moot point. Effective marketing and P.R. is essential to raising awareness to our mission and vision and to drive sales through analytics. Bring your ideas/expertise to the table to help us make a difference.


Educational Technology

We are actively seeking funds to develop the six subsequent games and updates for game 1. Our goal is for JAITW to be in school districts nationwide by the 2023-24 school year. Grant Writer

A grant to fund the subsequent games make it possible for us to contract with school districts nationwide. JAITW has been in development since 2018. We used our own funds ($76,400) to start game 1. However, the evolution of technology three years later, required us to upgrade and add additional gameplay to deliver the cutting-edge game we envisioned. The estimated cost for the six subsequent games is $75,000 per game. With your grant writing expertise, we can do this!
